prayer

I don't often ask for prayer, but this is getting... out of board..

I've been dealing with an allergy for sunfloweroil, and have been having majure stomachproblems with it. For about more than one week now i've been having these stomachproblems everyday, without eating anything with sunfloweroil. But, i have the same symptones. Reasonably thought it looks like this is something serious, like chronic (darm in Dutch) infections.
BUT: I am believing in God to heal me from this.

So... ehm. Please pray for healed stomach and digestive system.
Thank you...

Today I received this email from Faith Cyphers:

"Please post this on the website, thank you.
Please pray for my families salvation. Their names are Gary, Rich, Angel, Christa, Amanda, Alicia, Nicholas, Chase, Madyson, Wanda who has colon cancer, Donna who has inoperable lung cancer, Laura, Louanne, who has a nodule on her lung which may be cancer, Jackie and Bobby. Thank you so very much. I have many others who I love who I want saved too. Please ask the LORD not to let them die without salvation."

Yes, Lord Jesus, we ask that you touch each and every person in Faith's family and drawing them to Yourself by Your loving kindness. Please heal those that are sick and open their hearts to the Truth, putting a deep hunger within them to want to know You more. We plead the blood of Jesus over each of their souls and we thank You in advance for hearing this prayer requested in faith. Amen!

New Orleans Update:
Thanks for your prayers as most every day I get the opportunity to either share Jesus or pray for someone in this very secular campground where we are working together to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. This past week, I've been asking the Lord if I am supposed to stay and yesterday, someone gave me a new tent and air mattress, so I am staying - hallelujah!

heavy-laden

Hey warriors!

Thanks for praying for Zaila -- she is now doing very well. My friend sent this letter to me earlier today. It is quite self-explanatory.

I thought it was about time I told some of you guys about what has been happening lately. It's been quite a week. This week [my boyfriend]'s dad had a heart attack and is in the hospital. Also, the next day I found out my dad is in the hospital too. He went into the hospital because of an injury he had in the barn, but he is still in there because they are checking to see things. There is a huge possibility of it being bone cancer (dad has already had prostate cancer for 8 years). It may have been that he has already had bone cancer and that now all it has taken is an injury for things to really go downhill from here. I know I am giving you a really shortened version of it all, but I hope you kind of understand.

I don't know what is going to happen, the next few days will tell more. I wish that I was sure of more things, or at least knew something definite, but I don't. It could be that my dad is dying, that is a huge possibility, but I can't make any decisions until I know more things for sure.

The reason that I am telling you this is to ask you to pray for both of us, and our families at this time. I know it's hard for me to tell people this kind of stuff, it's humbling, and also hard because I don't want to look like I'm seeking attention, or asking for sympathy. Please forgive me for not saying things sooner, I don't do it to be mean or because I don't trust you. But I don't want to make the same mistake as I did before of not telling anyone. And I know that if I was the friend, I would want to know.

So, I wish I had something more definite to say, I wish it wasn't all up in the air, but that's the way it is right now. Please pray for us. Thanks.

Hey Troops!

Just an quick update... I'm in New Orleans until further notice volunteering with a secular organization called Common Ground Relief and would love your prayers for open doors to share Jesus. Check out my blog for pics. Thanks so much!

May the Lord Jesus Christ daily amaze you with His amazing love!
